Lose Weight

Get Fit

Students rallied last quarter to save the Exercise & Sport Studies Department from being cut. Go Gauchos! Take an E&SS course: “Courses range in scope from a fitness related emphasis–aerobics, jogging, swimming and weight training to individual and team sports such as basketball, golf, tennis and volleyball.”  Sign up for an intramural team/sport. Walk around the lagoon once or twice a week.  Find you own way of being more active – make it work for you.
